You are purchasing a service that provides the eligibility required to obtain MGM Rewards Gold status through the partnership between MGM Rewards and Celebrity Cruises Captain’s Club.

As part of this service, we will provide you with an eligible Captain’s Club account that can be used to obtain MGM Rewards Gold status.

How the Upgrade Works

After receiving the Captain’s Club account information from us, you will need to visit an MGM Rewards Desk in person at a participating MGM Rewards destination.

Present the eligible Captain’s Club membership to the MGM Rewards representative and request the applicable status match. Once successfully processed by MGM, your own MGM Rewards account will be upgraded to Gold status.

This service does NOT upgrade your MGM Rewards account to Gold online.

An in-person visit to an MGM Rewards Desk is required. The status match cannot be completed by calling or emailing MGM Rewards.

When Should I Purchase?

We recommend purchasing this service approximately 1–3 days before your planned visit to an MGM Rewards destination in Las Vegas, Atlantic City, or another participating location.

This allows you to receive the required account information shortly before you are ready to complete the status match in person.

MGM Rewards Gold Benefits

After your MGM Rewards account has been successfully upgraded to Gold, eligible benefits may include:

• Waived resort fees on eligible MGM Resorts stays
• Priority hotel check-in
• Complimentary self-parking at participating MGM Resorts
• Priority access and other Gold-tier benefits at participating locations
• Access to eligible casino status match opportunities and cruise offers

Benefits are subject to MGM Rewards’ current program terms and participating-property policies.

Maintaining Your Gold Status

The Captain’s Club account provided through this service can be retained for future use.

If your MGM Rewards Gold status expires, you may be able to visit an MGM Rewards Desk again and request another status match, provided that the partnership and applicable status-match benefit remain available at that time.

Important Information

This service relies on the status partnership between MGM Rewards and Celebrity Cruises Captain’s Club. The partnership, matching rules, participating locations, eligibility requirements, and benefits may be modified or discontinued by the respective loyalty programs at any time.

Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean, and MGM Resorts determine their own program rules and reserve the right to modify or discontinue benefits or partnerships.

Because these programs are operated by third parties, we cannot guarantee that the current partnership or status-match opportunity will remain available indefinitely.
