With this service, we assist you with enrollment in JetBlue’s Mosaic Status Match Challenge, allowing eligible members to fast-track to Mosaic 2 status — even if you’re new to JetBlue.

Once approved, you’ll receive Mosaic 2 trial status for 90 days. During the 90-day challenge period, earn the required number of tiles to keep your status or qualify for a higher Mosaic tier through the end of the following calendar year.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days, up to 14 days, for the application to be reviewed and approved.

After approval, it may take an additional 7 days for Mosaic 2 status to be updated and reflected in your JetBlue TrueBlue account.

Important Information

The initial Mosaic 2 trial status is valid for 90 days.

To retain Mosaic status beyond the trial period, you must meet the applicable tile requirement within your 90-day challenge period.
