This membership cannot be cancelled from member’s end. We will refund your full membership fee only if you have not utilized any Elite benefits since your last Elite membership charge. Please note that you are not eligible for a refund if you have redeemed any mattress run service before asking for canceling while still having time left in your billing period.

In the event that a credit card chargeback or payment dispute is placed on Your purchase of the Membership Service, You will have breached this agreement and Your account will be terminated. All information will be on blacklist of payment gateway platforms that our shop has connected with.
