Upon subscribing to the membership, you will receive a one-time store credit of CA $600 (expires after 15 months) credited to your account wallet, which can be used for next purchase. Additionally, you can enjoy a 5% discount storewide while your membership is active.

This membership cannot be cancelled from member's end. We will refund your full membership fee only if you have not utilized any Elite benefits since your last Elite membership charge. Please note that you are not eligible for a refund if you have redeemed any mattress run service before asking for canceling while still having time left in your billing period.
