1. Q: How can I order?
A: You can order easily using our online platform. When you find an upgrade service you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.
Our sales staff can also process other payment types manually, including some popular Cryptocurrency, Perfect Money, or Western Union. To pay using one of these methods, please contact us to place your order.
2. Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We accept Stripe and PayPal so that you can use the major credit cards.
3. Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A: Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact service@loyaltyworld.ca or loyaltyworld@gmx.ca notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
4. Q: How can get offer of bulk amounts?
A: Sorry, we do not offer volume discounts. We have our own cashback programme. You also can earn instant Wallet Credit by purchaing or leaving a review.
5. Q: How do I use my Wallet credit?
A: If you balance in your Wallet, you can use your Wallet Credit at checkout page.
6. Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: If you are a verified member, please log in your account and go to My Profile > Orders to find the order you would like to cancel. Once we receive your order cencellation request, we will approve it and issue a full refund to your original paymant method as soon as possible if we have not proceed your order yet.
7. We have big sales on lots of upgrade services and offer lots of ways to earn free Wallet Credits. So please do not tell us some nonsense like you know some people who also want to purchase upgrade services from us, then ask for a slight discount. If you could not even have ability to afford the price we offer, please leave us away to find other sellers on eBay.
8. Do Wallet Credits expire?
Your Wallet Credits never expire, so you can freely use at anytime.
9. What Is a Business/ Working Day?
A business/ working day is a popular unit of time measure that typically refers to any day in which normal business operations are conducted. In Western countries, this is generally considered to be Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time and excludes weekends and public holidays.
10. What if I do not receive the status I purchase?
