PC-Pool Putty Epoxy is formulated to adhere to wet, dry, and submerged, underwater surfaces that are clean. Cut, mix and apply. PC-Pool Putty Epoxy allows a working time of about 3 minutes and cures for service in 60 minutes. PC-Pool Putty Epoxy will not bond to wax paper, Teflon, Polyethylene, and some other plastics. There are hundreds of uses in thousands of combination. Works Underwater. Good for skimmers, tile, concrete and many other applications.
